My father is a client with All About Care. He is 92 years old and a hospice patient with Parkinson’s Disease and congestive heart failure. My family contacted All About Care to help us care for dad in the comfort of our home with the goal of staying out of a nursing home. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the compassion, kindness, flexibility, and reliability we have experienced with everyone employed with this company. They use a team care approach so that more than one person is trained in the specific needs of the patient in case a caregiver cannot work on a scheduled day. All of the caregivers we have had are courteous, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to help us. And this can be said not only about the employees but also about the company’s owner himself. During a recent snowstorm when some of the caregivers could not drive to their client’s homes due to treacherous road conditions, the company owner (Neil) drove his employees to and from their assigned locations so that no clients would be without care during the storm. Now that’s true dedication! I highly recommend this company as they certainly live up to the motto printed on their business card which says “Serving Families with Higher Expectations.”

Professionalism is what my siblings and I appreciate most from ALL ABOUT CARE. From making sure caregivers have a proper (and advance) introduction to my parents and their home, to the smile in the caregiver’s voice as she answers their phone with my parents’ names, then identifying herself and her company’s name, we feel that my parents are still living the quality life that they had before their health declined. My family feels very confident in our caregivers’ training. We all have peace of mind knowing there will always be someone from ALL ABOUT CARE available even on short notice or in an emergency, because this was a real problem for us with other agencies. They are very responsive to our needs, suggesting services we had never thought of using before, like transportation to shop or dine. My parents look forward to seeing their All About Care caregivers, and we are so very pleased with every caregiver we have had from them.

Thank you for sending. I saw first hand that Dr. Blanning's life was enriched by the All About Care team. I will forward the invoice on Dr. Blanning's attorney, Jeffrey Mobley, who is probating his estate and will serve as executor. The Davidson County Probate Court has changed its procedures for probating wills - Mr. Mobley can’t get on the docket until early August.  Payment of invoice will be delayed until the will is probated.

Also – as an aside, this week we went through customer service training in my office and one of the exercises was to list five companies that provide excellent customer service. AAC was at the top of my list!
